Where do I begin, I’m here to caution potential families! First and foremost I reached out to Niy on 2/10/26 to explain the needs that I’m looking for.... We then scheduled a meet & great that she cancelled on me the first time and the second time was successful on 2/26. Since then I have yet to be able to successfully book her services due to her being unavailable because she is also teacher so her services are very limited despite what her booking site shows. I would have to text her to confirm if the date and time shown was okay to book for and it always resulted in her not being available. Very unprofessional on that aspect, especially when you’re trying to stay consistent with one nanny. The last straw was when I booked her on 3/7 for 3/22, when I texted her on 3/15 to see if I could extend the hours from what I originally booked for she said she was unavailable so I had to cancel. Then she texts me right after I canceled and said wait you had the time reserved already, yes I’m available for the extra hours go ahead and book again. So I book again on 3/15 and requested a phone call to confirm everything because once again her booking site was showing something different from what we spoken upon in the text. She was unavailable yet again for a phone call. The day before 3/21 I texted her to confirm for the following day 3/22 she asks me when did I book? So I sent her the confirmation screenshot and she said that she couldn’t service me for the extra hours as requested and originally agreed upon in the text messages because she had another client that booked her. She tried to blame me for not communicating appropriately because I never called her through out the week to confirm, but the whole time she never saves numbers and has no clue whose she’s talking to. So I told her that I would I need her for the full time and not just for a few hours. She the cancels and tells me I have to pay a $85 cancellation fee because I cancelled less then 48 hours. This was booked out 3 weeks prior to the date I needed her for but because she was servicing a family that she has serviced before she disregarded the care that I needed and that she agreed upon! Waste of time and energy! This is my experience I’m hoping nobody else has to deal with this.

I strive to provide clear communication and dependable service for every family I work with.Bookings are confirmed based on availability shown through my booking system, and any additional time requests must be updated and secured to ensure scheduling accuracy. Unfortunately, I was unable to accommodate extended hours due to a prior commitment.My cancellation policy is shared at the time of booking to protect reserved time. I understand this experience was frustrating, and I appreciate the feedback as I continue to improve my processes. I remain committed to providing reliable, high-quality care for all families moving forward.😊🙌🏾
