Very poor customer service. This business had very poor communication and I was completely disappointed!
I normally don’t write reviews, but after my horrible experience here, I have to. Yesterday, I went to get a lash lift and tint. My tech’s name was Me...l, I believe. During the service, my eyes started burning, feeling as if they were on fire. I was told this was “normal.” Along with this, it was very painful as she had stained my upper and lower eyelids with the dye and kept scrubbing and scrubbing my skin to remove it, without using a cleanser. Imagine a dry Q-tip rubbing sensitive, under-eye skin for 10 minutes. Safe to say, my eyes were red and swollen for hours. When she was finally done, after an hour and a half i might add, I was handed the mirror and all I could do was cry. My lashes were absolutely ruined. I assume the product was left on for too long, as my lashes looked over-processed. My lashes are now crunchy and stiff, very short, and over-curled. They are curled so much that they are touching my eyelid and it’s very irritating to say the least. When I went back to have them fixed, I was told it was my fault and it must have been a product I was using. She put oil on them to try and fix them, but once the oil dried, they returned to their original shape- the damage was already done. I went several different salons to evaluate my lashes, and every single technician told me that my lashes were significantly damaged from the perm, that they were, in fact, over-processed. They all emphasized that it was not my fault. The fact that I was basically gaslit by the technician pretty much demonstrates her character. I would not recommend this place whatsoever. Show more

The bed was heated so I really liked that. Sara did a good massage with the perfect pressure, and she incorporated the hot stones well. I was a little... bothered because she kept telling me to take deep breaths in and out, so it was hard to relax. She did not get a 5 because the massage was supposed to be for 60 minutes and she only did 45. That is a BIG difference in time. Unfortunately, because of that, I won’t be back. Show more
