I really wanted to love my experience because she was genuinely so kind and welcoming. She even gave me a sweet little gift with lashes and under-eye ...masks, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, the service itself didn’t meet my expectations. My appointment started around 3:30 p.m. and didn’t finish until about 7:00 p.m., which felt much longer than I expected for a builder bill. While my nails aren’t terrible, I’m honestly not very satisfied with how they turned out. The overall design and finish just weren’t what I was hoping for.
