This was the worst I have ever been serviced, with my hair coming undone within 1 DAY of leaving the chair. I got there and they did kit have the hair... that I needed, the hair that they told me was included. Appointment was at 10 am; but didn’t start until 11 am. I got BOB boho and it took 9 hours. The lady cut one side of my hair way shorter than the other side. Tried to get me to pay extra money besides the price that they told me. Just ridiculous. No compensation, no offer to fix my hair, nothing. Was supposed to be small but I got medium braids and the hair looks nothing like the picture I showed them I wanted. ALSO, one of the ladies braid way too tight. Show more

Giving two stars only because they returned my deposit quickly. I can’t review the braids because nobody ever arrived. I had a 7:00 appointment and ar...rived at 6:55. The front door was locked so I called the phone number. Someone answered and when I informed her that I was outside she said “ok I’m coming”. I thought that meant she was coming to open the door. Instead about 5 minutes later someone called me from a different number and said “I’ll be there in 30 minutes”. By 7:40 nobody arrived so I left. I emailed and the braider said that there was an emergency. I asked for my deposit and she refunded it almost immediately. Show more
This shop is truly a hidden gem. The customer service is amazing and all of the braiders are extremely friendly. You can tell the braiders love what t...hey do. They were able to mix 3 different colors for the desired shade of honey blonde that I wanted. It is a $30 up charge though for color mixes. I paid $350 and had to bring my own boho hair. The braids are super neat, and the prices are affordable compared to other braid shops. Show more
The worst experience I ever had. Came for a boho take down. I have bald spots so much they pulled my hair. They refused to used ANY TYPE OF OIL, LEAVE... IN... anything that would have made this torture less unpleasant. A few times, they looked like to be having a kick from it. Ridiculous. The owner kept pretending to not speak English. My fury was exarcebated after seeing ALL of them had hair products suitable for the situation. I need to purchase a bag of ice to ease my pain as soon as I left this awful place. I cried, cringed, had my hair destroyed and wish I have never came here. Show more

I had an appointment with another salon, but they were completely unprofessional and tried to reschedule me... last minute, leaving me stressed and scrambling to find someone else. I reached out to Nicky early in the morning, and she responded immediately, letting me know she could take me the same day. From that moment on, I knew I was in good hands! When I arrived, her shop was clean, welcoming, and professional. Not long after I got there, her daughter arrived, and the two of them got straight to work—no breaks, no distractions, just pure dedication. In just about five hours, my box braids were done, and they were absolutely flawless! Nicky’s professionalism, skill, and reliability have made me a loyal customer for life. If you need a braider who truly cares about her clients and delivers top-tier results, look no further. I highly recommend her! Show more

So this is my experience. They tried to charge me extra for every little thing and tried to get one over me! They were very unorganized! They did not... listen to the style I asked for they did there own thing along with adding a ridiculous amount of product to my hair just to braid it. They tried to up the price when finished my hair, the priced was $240 med butt length when she was finished she tried to charge me $320! The shop owner said her Braider did them to small and long and I had color hair which I provided💀! This place will try and scam you so make sure you keep recipients and screenshots. I also was told it would be 2 people in my head no longer then 5 hours it was one person in my head and took almost 9 hours! My appointment was for 9AM I got there 8:50 just to be told there is no braider available I have to wait for her to come in which was a hour later!
