Hello my name is clark I’m the owner of the shop. I first would like to apologize for the experience you had, I assure you that is not the typical behavior that is generally experience at our shop. I spoke with Ace and he also expresses his apologies and would like to offer you your money back and I will couple of that with giving you a haircut by me at half of the price to reconcile this situation.As an owner I take pride in what comes in and out of the shop, Including our barbers and the skill level in which we operate I would love to make this right by you whether it’s discounting your haircut or outright refunding your cut. It’s hard to see when the photo was taken it seems to have been a few days or so from the cut because of the new growth coming back from where the line was. I would love to get more detail and photos of your haircut so that I could use this as a teaching moment and adjust the mistakes. I get your experience is your personal experience however, that what you’re explaining g is not a typical experience based off of our 5 star experiences with Ace. Hello I’m the owner of the shop. Please tell me which barber you talked to? If you came during business hours I’m positive someone would have gotten you if they had appointments they would have asked you to book an appointment only if everyone was busy. We have walk-in barbers for this very reason. Otherwise you would have to wait 2-3 hours. Either way if you would like, provide me the name of the barber or stop by and ask for clark (me) and I will give you 10$ off your next haircut if we can figure out what the real issue here was. This doesn’t reflect the normal verbiage or interactions my barbers have. If their book is open they are typically in the shop.

I’m very sorry for your experience however in the 2 years of her renting I. Our building I must say that this doesn’t reflect like her normal behavior or customer feedback.
