Booked him because of the reviews, but I didn’t have a great experience. I’m not sure if his clippers were new, or his blade was too sharp, however I ...left the shop with multiple cuts. My edge up was uneven. And my fade wasn’t blended/ left unfinished but after dealing with the pain he had already put me through I didn’t want to sit in the chair any longer. I’m gonna say maybe he just wasn’t having a good morning because every other review seems great. And I will say I’m grateful he was able to get me in last minute since I did book just an hour earlier from my appointment time. Show more

I had an appointment with DukeFadez, and while the haircut was decent, there were a few issues with the payment process. I booked through Booksy and w...as approved for a discounted price, but there was confusion about how the deposit was applied. According to Booksy’s terms and conditions, the deposit should have been credited towards the booking, but I ended up paying more than expected, which was disappointing. When I addressed the payment discrepancy, the barber responded in an unprofessional and dismissive manner, failing to understand his own booking discounts through Booksy. Despite having proof that I was not supposed to pay the original price, he did not take accountability for the mistake. Additionally, I asked specifically to keep my widow’s peak, but unnecessary enhancements were added to my hair, which I didn’t request. While the overall experience wasn’t entirely negative, these issues significantly affected my satisfaction with the service. Show more
