      All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE Your Prior style MUST be took down before vour service or you will be charged a $25 fee. I understand things happen !!!! You will have a 10 minute grace period if you don't communicate you will be charged a late fee $10, after 10 minutes your appointment is canceled. I DO NOT TRAVEL TO CLIENTS AFTER 6:30pm Rescheduling- You can only use 1 deposit to reschedule. If you reschedule twice you will have to pay another deposit for that appointment. No Call/No Show- No communication will be banned from booking! If you are coming already washed , please be sure all dirt is out of your hair. Failure to do so will result to me washing your hair and a fee of $25. Please let me know when you’re outside and I will tell you when to come in. We are currently moving locations so we are in a smaller suite please no extra guest. IF YOU ARE BOOKING THE SAME DAY, PLEASE NOTIFY/ASK ME FIRST VIA NUMBER , OR YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED ! I do not do styles on locs under 6 months. I don't want the locs to thin. All payments are due at the end of service . I accept CASH OR APPLEPAY
