Was in the neighborhood eating booked an appointment at 3:57 for 5pm. I arrived at listed address at 4:45 contacted business owner and she stated she ...was about to call me to tell me she is not there until 5:30. Very unprofessional, time is something you can’t get back and I had others plans. Had the nerve to charge a $15 deposit that I would like to be refunded.

It was horrible I let the makeup artist know I only had an hour in her chair she took two hours on heavy glam I stated in the beginning light glam for... my graduation pictures I missed my hair appointment in the mist of her taking forever applying so much makeup like I was a drag queen I do not recommend this place I don’t have a picture took all that mess off my face

I’m so sorry you experienced this. If you would have communicated with me I would have refunded you. I was trying to make it better and you know every time I applied the makeup your eyes kept crying messing up the makeup. I had to reapply the makeup over 10 times. You did state you had very bad allergies and you never wear it because of that, so I believe that was the reason. Again, I’m sincerely sorry you feel that way about your experience.
