Jeff has a great one on one connection with his clients. I had observed this during Ian’s first ever experience with professional barbers a few months... ago at the Waterford location. Jeff consulted with Ian first seeing what kind of look he was going for this time. they went over some photos of Messi style haircuts and then the magic began. After his cut Jeff even styled his hair with some handsome hair products and made him feel fresh. When leaving Ian stated how much he loves going to professional barbers and how they do a great job delivering exactly what he asks for. After so many failed attempts we have finally found our home!! I had the pleasure of being served by Ramazan. Excellent customer service and a magician with the shears. It was very impressive and I will absolutely... be back for Ramazan next time I need a cut. I was wearing a shirt & tie coming from work and he took the effort to ensure no hairs were caught inside my collar (the worst feeling post-haircut) and brushed off my shoulders and chest afterwards to ensure no small hairs were stuck to me. I really appreciated his detailed effort and thoroughness. He is a true professional. You have a new customer for life! The receptionist was extremely welcoming and courteous to everyone in person and over the phone. Music selection was top notch, too. Thanks! Show more
