BOOKING POLICY
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. No deposit = no appointment.
Your deposit goes toward your total.
The remaining balance is cash only.
If you need to pay digitally, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash App are accepted with a $10 processing fee.

AFTER DEPOSIT
Once your deposit is sent, I will contact you for your email.
You will receive a Client Consent Form to complete.
Your appointment is only confirmed after the form is submitted.
SERVICE POLICY (HAIR SERVICES)
Service Rules
Only the services listed on my booking page are available.
I do not work over another stylist’s work.
Hair Prep
Please arrive with your hair clean, fully detangled, and blown out.
A prep fee may apply if your hair is not properly prepared.
Your appointment may be rescheduled if prep is not done.
Guests
No extra guests are allowed.
Late Policy
There is a 10-minute grace period.
At 15 minutes late, you may still be taken with a $10 late fee.
At 20 minutes late, your appointment is cancelled and your deposit is forfeited.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
To avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the service total.
No-shows will also be charged 50% of the service total to the card on file.
If your card declines, the balance must be paid before booking again.
Deposits remain non-refundable.
SQUEEZE-IN APPOINTMENTS
Squeeze-in appointments have an additional $20 fee.
They are offered case-by-case, depending on my schedule and availability.
This includes days when I am not scheduled to work or requests made outside normal business hours.
Please note that squeeze-ins are subject to availability and must be confirmed with me in advance.
The squeeze-in fee is non-refundable and due upfront.
All regular policies still apply.

All services are final and non-refundable.
