I originally booked an appointment for Saturday. She texted stated she had plans for her birthday and if I could reschedule for Friday. I accepted th...e new appointment change, so I had to rearrange my work and child’s schedule to accommodate new apportionment time on Friday at 4pm. I received a text on Friday- the appointment day at 11/ noon ish. She said today is her birthday and had a surprise birthday dinner her friends had Scheduled her last minute… BUT what about my pre planned appointment? Well that didn’t matter to the unprofessionalism business owner. It doesn’t matter what other offer she recommended of the inconvenience , I needed my child’s hair done Friday or the original day I booked on Saturday. That showed she had availability and was available on the day I chose on Booksy. So my child’s hair isn’t done for pictures day. And a disappointment from a 6 years old. Maybe as a business owner, for your personal life/ events, don’t have an availability on your schedule to do hair- sincerely a mother and a another business owner. Show more
