Had an appt for 4:30. When I showed up another person has just taken a seat to get their haircut. All I was told was that he was running a little behi...nd. No apology or how long it would be. Then when that person was finished at 5:20 another person sat down. So I was expected to wait an hr and half for my haircut when I had a 4:30 appt. Scheduling needs to be better Show more

This was my first visit to Phatheadz Barbershop and I was definitely impressed. The shop is spotless and nicely organized. There are several TVs to k...eep you entertained. Mookie, the owner, made me feel comfortable and he gave me an awesome haircut after listening to the look I was hoping to obtain and giving me ideas. He nailed it!! It was easy to make an appointment and to know before hand the fee for your service. That was awesome because I have gone to some shops and no where is the rate provided for you to see unless you ask before the service is provided. I will definitely be back!!! Thanks Show more
