Hey sorry I missed your appointment the other day I been without a phone since Tuesday morning. Had to wait until my new one came through the mail just got it on a few minutes ago today 11/9/24. I can’t be without a phone being that my daughter has a heart condition I need to be on call for her. Again my apologies free haircut on me for missing your appointment. Just that no one is perfect and life happens.

I say this with nothing but love. We have been coming to you as a family (4 people in total) for several months. We have had numerous no show appointm...ents even after confirmations, but today I decided to try again. I arrive at 3:50 (10 mins prior to my appointment time) to a locked door . I messaged him with no response and after 10 or so minutes left. This is the second big event that I have left such a great barber to be in the hands of and he has disappointed just from a lack of showing up. People get off work, rearrange events, and even save money to help support what your are so talented with so to not be given a courtesy cancellation notification is disappointing and frustrating. Whatever you are going through I hope you get through because this is not you and not the experience we are used to. Show more
