She is very profe...ssional, she has a beautiful personality, she listens to what your needs are and how best to achieve the look you want. The atmosphere of her shop was very welcoming and warm. Her customer service is wonderful as well. I had issues booking my appointment with her and she was very patient helping me to navigate thur the website.
