Did a perm and specifically asked for tight curls. Didn’t wash my hair or any close and then some of the curls untangled by the next day already. Wait...ed a few days to see if I just needed to wash them, there are still strands of hair that are straight or the strands are mildly wavy. The reason for rating so low is because after messaging her about the issue, she ghosted me. Never responded back after saying she’ll fix the issue. Show more

Delilah At Dynasty Barber Shop
Did a perm using blue and yellow Rod with a level three optim perm specifically for Extra firm curl. I left the perm on for thirty minutes instead of the allotted twenty minutes for a perm. I also used 2 bottles of neutralizer... straight pieces still will pop up with resistant bone straight hair. I apologize for my non attachment to my phone and late response.Redo for the perm is available.
