I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I was a returning customer, had referred this business to others, and booked appointments for b...oth myself and my mom as part of a birthday celebration. Our appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM. By 12:07 PM, no one showed up and no had contacted us so I had to reach out for an update. I was told the technician was running about 31 minutes late due to traffic, but she did not arrive until 1:26 PM. As a business owner myself, I completely understand that accidents and traffic happen! So my issue was never the delay itself. It was also the lack of communication. If someone knows they are running significantly behind, a quick message with an updated ETA shows respect for the client’s time. Instead I was left reaching out after my appointment time just to find out what was going on. This business advertises itself as a luxury mobile nail service and luxury is about professionalism, communication, and respect for your client’s time. The whole reason I booked the service was for the convenience and ease, especially for a special birthday celebration with my mom. After explaining that we were on a time limit and preferred a discount rather than a complimentary add-on that would require even more time, the resolution offered was only $10 off. I don’t believe TWO paying customers booked for multiple services, who experienced a delay of over an hour with no proactive communication, should have received only a $10 discount. While traffic may have been outside of the company’s control, communication was not, and I believe the situation could have been handled much better. Because of the delay, I canceled my mom’s appointment and my pedicure and only kept my manicure. What should have been a memorable birthday experience ended up feeling rushed, disappointing, and far from the experience we hoped for. My disappointment is not with the tech but mainly how the situation was handled by the business. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, nor will I continue referring others.

I booked the service about 2 weeks in advance, got my confirmation and thought all was well. The night prior (approx 11P/12A), they sent my husband a ...message stating that the appt needs to be earlier than what was booked because they are fully booked for the day and don’t have our original time available . It should be noted that I booked the service as a surprise for him for Father’s Day (they ruined that). They stated that they did not have our address, so the appt was not prioritized. Since it was his gift for the day I had no choice but to oblige to the new time but due to this experience, I won’t use them again or refer them to anyone . Replying to the owner’s comment: It is impossible for us to know what was moved around to accommodate us. The issue is the timing this was communicated to us-I booked 2 weeks prior, so had this been a few days before and/or during business hours, sure! Messaging us 11P THE NIGHT BEFORE?? It is not like we booked last minute. Not providing the address in notes was obviously a mistake on our part , but this should have been caught once the appt was confirmed. All the best to you! ✌️

We did everything we could to accommodate you, even though your booking did not include your address, which is essential for a mobile service like ours to properly schedule appointments. Despite that, we completely rearranged our schedule and even woke our technicians up early to make sure we could get to your home for a single pedicure. It’s disappointing that our effort was met with this kind of review instead of appreciation. We always go above and beyond for our clients, even when the issue was outside of our control. We respect your decision not to use our services again. Likewise, we respectfully ask that you do not book with us in the future. We reserve the right to refuse service when we believe the client-business relationship is no longer a good fit. We wish you all the best.
