She is professional, knowledgable, and friendly. I had some previous lash damage from a previous lasher, and I had a lot of delicate baby lashes growing back in. She knew exactly what do to and how to apply as to not have any further damage to my lashes. I am very happy with this first experience and look forward to next time!
