Was referred to Samara Nicole and for once a good one (referral). When reached out to her right before my appointment she immediately responded. Nice... atmosphere - decor accensts are eclectic blend of vintage and modern, with a great mix of music. Offering of water and great selection of coffees. Ms. Samara Nicole very open and gave me explanation (e.g. reasoning for length of trim needed) - others in past just trimmed and didn't inform me how much would be taken before starting, let alone why.
