I always have a great experience! My experience is usually a 5-star, 10/10. However, this time there was a new shampoo asst. I'm not sure why assistan...ts tend to only massage and wash edges and baby-hairs..please wash these locs. My baby-hairs are not that important to me. I don't wear them as ornaments on my head so it is not necessary to be super attentive to them After a little direction, I got a nice scrub. I guess it was an air dry day..IDK..I usually sit under the dryer after being styled, but this time I guess it wasn't necessary. IDK. I left with a wet head but really cute pinup. Unfortunately, my hair is not that type of entity where it can be washed styled and then go. It takes days for my locs to air dry. So, I had to immediately go out to buy a dryer to finish the process. Overall, still a great experience just minor unexpectencies. Show more

I’m so sorry you felt that way. She is a licensed cosmetologist not a shampoo assistant! You were welcome at anytime of your service to let us now what is was that you wanted done. I sat there for the whole service watching. No there was no need for you to sit under the dryer because your locs wasn’t that wet by the time that I finished your maintenance and pinup so I used the blow dryer. My apologies for any inconvenience to you we really appreciate your services ☺️❤️🙏🏾
