I dropped my husband off for his 2pm appt a few minutes before 2pm. His appt wasn’t held as the shop was backed up and ended up sitting there for 30 m...inutes, when it was clear he wasn’t getting seen anytime soon he told the shop he was leaving and got a flippant “sorry”. It’s unfortunate because the last time he went there they did a great job. I appreciate their apology when I called later but we will be finding a different shop. Show more

My son ha...s never been too great with haircuts and Trini makes sure to make him as comfortable as possible, work with him through whatever the mood for the session is & still provide more than a quality haircut. I was booked with Bryan. He said we were a "no-show" today but, that wasn't the case. My son came in before 5pm for his scheduled appointment. Bryan w...as still busy and my son was given to another barber, Sanchez. His hair looks great today. No complaints on the haircut.. but, when I show up early and pay $45 for a haircut and tip, I don't want to be marked as a "no-show." (We have been going to this barbershop for 2 years now. I booked my appointment a week in advance. They closed for New Year’s Eve and never attempted to contact me to let me know. Even though I made my appo...intment through the app and it was confirmed. I drove a half hour for nothing. These guys have a reputation of not keeping appointments. Beware. ***Response: I stuck around 15 minutes. I called and no one answered. The shop wasn’t even open. The shop had my number and should have called me. This is laziness on your part. Now you’re shifting blame on the customer. Not professional. Show more
