Mrs. Alana absolutely ATE this set. Her customer service was 10/10. She was able to match my inspo picture straight on. She genuinely was so lovely- h...er space was so DANG luxe. Her PRODUCTS were not chop shop products. This women has dedicated herself to organic products and nail health to the T. Also she is a Jesus lover just like me. So we could bond over our relationship of Christ which made my heart so stinking happy. Overall great experience. She’s stuck with me now as a client. ❤️

I loved Alana! once I arrived she greeted me, brought me in her room and started to work, I got a shellac pedicure she did it so fast and so nicely I ...loved going to her more than actual nail salons. We chatted while she was working it was a very good experience and will definitely be coming back for her other services as well I highly recommend Alana!

Did my lash
extensions and it was actually terrible I originally wanted a hybrid which is $120. She then at the appointment charged me 140 for a volum...e set which, as you will see what I was given is not a volume set… this is coming from someone who’s had my lashes done multiple times from different people always did a really good job. She said my lashes are sparse which I’ve had a lash tech before in the past say that before and they did an absolute amazing job and if she didn’t feel comfortable doing it, she could of always told me she can’t complete the service I would’ve been completely fine with that but no, she charged me extra for a volume set. ???Never have I ever walked out feeling so ugly and hideous. I tried calling her she didn’t pick up so I left voicemail to negotiate a partial refund with her which she then text me back using chat gpt saying she will not give me half of a refund she then thought she was doing me a favor by telling me to come back in THREE DAYS TO COME GET IT FIXED!!! (The Following Monday I got them done friday) which I thought about going originally, but then I came to a conclusion why do I have to drive her way and cater to what fits her schedule three days later I do not want to look like a hot mess for three days. I felt so insecure. I didn’t even wanna leave my house…I asked for at least half of a refund because I do respect people need to make money too but of course I’m going to have to get them redone by a different lash tech or completely take them off I just got them the day before
and I’m already taking them off by far the worst there is multiple lashes that have not been filled with a lash extension, making them look blank not to mention majority of them fell off by the end of the night. This is me editing this she then saw my review and decided to text me using ChatGPT saying how she will not feel comfortable moving forward with the follow up appointment three days later and she said how she was disappointed that I didn’t allow her the opportunity to address which again she told me to come back three days later which is far too long for me . I understand nobody wants a bad review about them, but this is just crazy… and this is coming from someone who has never written a bad review about anybody

I am very disappointed by this review because it does not accurately reflect what happened.
Before your appointment, and again during the service, I explained that your natural lashes were very sparse and that this would affect the final result. Despite this, I completed the service to the best of my professional ability.
After your appointment, I spent additional time communicating with you and scheduled a follow-up appointment for Monday to address your concerns. You agreed to return and confirmed that appointment. However, this review was posted before that appointment took place and before I was given the opportunity to make any adjustments.
I take pride in my work and always do my best for my clients. I respectfully disagree with several statements made in this review and I have documentation of our conversations regarding this appointment.
I wish you the best moving forward.

She was so incredibly sweet and skilled! She truly loves her work, and you can tell by her dutiful and caring work! I got a chrome pedicure with a gem..., and it looks amazing! It was the most luxurious pedicure I’ve ever gotten, and I will be going back! Can’t recommend her enough; she is the best!
