I’m sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. However, I do want to clarify that I did issue you an 85% refund after you expressed your concerns. I made an effort to address the situation and work toward a resolution. The style did not look the way it appears in the photo you posted when you left my chair. I will be including additional pictures of the finished style for context, as I believe it is important for people viewing this review to have a complete and accurate understanding of the situation. Although I understand that everyone may not be satisfied with every service, I did take your concerns seriously and provided a substantial refund. I always strive to provide quality service and handle client concerns fairly.

Booked the $85 box braid special. Braider was friendly, kind, & accommodating. Worked at a steady pace w/ no pain or tension, which I appreciated. Ove...rall neat install & good value. Noticed early frizz/loose hairs at the roots within a 3 days, but the experience itself was pleasant & professional.
