Terrible customer service I had an appointment the last two times with my brother booked both of them with John showed up on time and waited an hour a...nd thirty minutes each time. Today I showed up 13 minutes late to my hair cut appointment and he took someone else and told me that I can’t get a haircut until hours later where I would have probably ended up waiting an hour anyways. Stay away from this place extremely unprofessional. Show more
