Hey Stephen, sorry to hear about your experience. You had come to the shop one week ahead of time to book your appointment for 3:30. I gave you my business card and told you to call me if you were running late or had to cancel for any reason. I wrote down 3:30 in my calendar. You however wrote down 2:30 on the business card, not me. Bringing my business card with a time that you wrote on it proves absolutely nothing. Maybe there was a miscommunication due to a language barrier. On the other hand you showed up late. You called after 2:30 and told me you were running late but you were on the way. I specifically asked you to call ahead of time if you were running late but you failed to do that as well. I then tried to accommodate you by getting you in with an available barber at 2:30 but you declined. Not sure how else we could have helped you. Happy holidays.

I have known some of the barbers way before dappers. All of them are without a doubt cool people and amazing barbers. I go there just to get a haircut... and shave from my brother. Does an absolute amazing job both with the cut and remaining professional when it comes to that. Everyone in there including Humberto( my brother),Rene, Gabe, Pablo, Chris, Dillon, are amazing people. Highly recommend everyone to check these guys out 👍👍👍 Show more

I’ve been getting my cuts from Gabe for the last 6 years. From headliners to his own shop the guy knows what he’s doing. Customer service is on point ...and I’m never displeased by his cuts. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new barbershop with plenty of great dudes that give the cleanest cuts in town. Anyone can cut but these guys cut with pride. Show more
