Hey Stephen, sorry to hear about your experience. You had come to the shop one week ahead of time to book your appointment for 3:30. I gave you my business card and told you to call me if you were running late or had to cancel for any reason. I wrote down 3:30 in my calendar. You however wrote down 2:30 on the business card, not me. Bringing my business card with a time that you wrote on it proves absolutely nothing. Maybe there was a miscommunication due to a language barrier. On the other hand you showed up late. You called after 2:30 and told me you were running late but you were on the way. I specifically asked you to call ahead of time if you were running late but you failed to do that as well. I then tried to accommodate you by getting you in with an available barber at 2:30 but you declined. Not sure how else we could have helped you. Happy holidays.
