It was our first trip there. My daughter and I we’re scheduled for a pedicure. The ladies were amazing and we’re very informative about all the differ...ent services. They were especially amazing with my 13-year-old daughter. We settled on the jelly pedicure and it was absolutely amazing any of the add-ons that they offered, They are very upfront about additional pricing. The salon was quaint and very clean and we cannot wait to go back!!! I highly recommend this Spa Show more

Im not one to leave reviews but after this most recent experience I have to. I scheduled my appointment for 2:15 and was taken about 30 minutes past m...y appointment time, which was fine but a big inconvenience since I planned my lunch break around the appointment. I went in with UV Gel already on my nails so I was already expecting an up-charge for the removal. However.. when I checked out and was told my total for a Gel manicure & removal I was too stunned to even ask for a price breakdown. When scheduling an appointment on the app it said the total for a gel manicure was $40, when I checked out after my appointment my total was $102. So a gel removal costs $60..?? I got no design, she put 1 coat of 2 different polish colors and that was all. I wouldn’t have left a 1 star review if she hadn’t cut my cuticles so horribly that they are still painful and tender 3 days later. And a $60 up-charge for the UV gel to not even be removed completely and left looking bumpy is just CRAZY. I’ve always had amazing experiences with Jackie & Maddy. I highly recommend them both 2nd picture was right after my appointment and 1st picture was today (3 days later). Show more
