Toya is the best stylist I’ve ever had. For some context: this is my 3rd time getting locs and wanted them done right, the past 2 times were either a... disaster or just not what I wanted but Toya’s service is much better. I have never gone home frustrated with the quality of her work, the parts always look nice and clean. And she always does a great job all around communicating clearly and being straight up about how the process works and how to keep your hair protected (her previously having dreadlocks herself). She is a very easy person to schedule a home visit with and Toya seems like an all around good person. I would not recommend choosing anywhere else if Toya’s service is an option! Show more

This person has to be a scam. I sent them money for my appointment. They told me all day they were gonna do my hair. Then 9 o’clock at night they said... they can braid my hair tomorrow morning. Terrible communication, poor service, and wasted my time. Show more

I'm sorry for your experience, your refund of $11.25 will be reimbursed to you, but please do not lie, I communicated with you that a appointment was taking longer than expected and tried to reschedule for another time at 3:07 pm to be exact, but you declined and said that you can wait a couple of hours, because you said you where going to be there until 2 am. So please make sure to tell the whole story next time, I hope you have a wonderful day.
