Also appreciate you taking the time to learn more about me. I like to do things a bit differently and that’s why I have written this form catered to you. I want you to understand why I have things set up the way I do. For me success isn’t just creating good hair, that’s subjective. Success for me is seeing you LOVE your hair. I want to get to know you first in order to understand your vision. I want to ensure your experience with me is a positive one and leaves you feeling great. I have created a 30 minute in salon custom consultation for first time clients. It’s very important for us to have great communication, this is our journey to get to know each other, I am learning more than just your hair . I reserve space for consultations to take the time to have a one on one sit down conversation. This allows your future apt to have a better outcome. My salon is a sacred place, a space for you to be heard and validated beyond your hair. To ensure we are not only hearing each other but understanding both of our core values prior to the appointment I want you to feel relaxed and open to connecting with me. I offer a guided road map for you to understand your hair and understand my process. This allows me to give you a clearer look of who you are, what you are about and wanting or not wanting for that matter. Its allows me to truly customize your hair directly for you. Upon consultation we dive deeper into what an apt for you may entail, the potential cost of your first apt with me and the break down of it. Like most salons, the first appointment are higher priced due to the ammount of time and product it takes to achieve you closer to your desired goal. I want to make sure you are walking out of your apt having a great experience, understanding your journey and loving your hair. I hope this has helped you understand a bit more about why I have things set up the way I do. After many clients feeling rushed by other stylist or consultations being 3-5 mins. Stephanie (and Monica) were great! This is my first time getting my hair colored in over a decade and it was a great experience. She made me feel real...ly comfortable and was very attentive and patient. She was incredibly knowledgeable. She made sure to always explain each step of the process and instructed me on what to do for aftercare. Prior to my appointment, I sent her inspo photos and she was able to achieve the look spot on.
