Desiree is really great. She knows what stretches and exercises are going to work and what might be too much or too little. In addition to teaching th...ese stretches, she stretches me out herself, so I always feel better after our sessions. I do the stretches that she has taught me almost daily and they are very helpful. Desirée is THEEEE BEST! I did some research online and was able to find Desirée and I am so happy I did. I was planning my 40th birthday weekend and I... wanted to wrap the weekend up with a wellness component so I booked the Stretchqueen and it was the best decision.
