Desiree is really great. She knows what stretches and exercises are going to work and what might be too much or too little. In addition to teaching th...ese stretches, she stretches me out herself, so I always feel better after our sessions. I do the stretches that she has taught me almost daily and they are very helpful. I would recommend her to anyone who needs this kind of service.

Desirée is THEEEE BEST! I did some research online and was able to find Desirée and I am so happy I did. I was planning my 40th birthday weekend and I... wanted to wrap the weekend up with a wellness component so I booked the Stretchqueen and it was the best decision. I love assisted stretching but it was so wonderful to expose my friends to it as well. The entire process was amazing from our first conversation to booking to her overall communication. Thank you Desirée for your professionalism and talent because I wish I lived closer to book you once or twice a week.

I have been working with Desiree for almost 2 years now and my mobility is greatly improved. I went from chronic tightness in my lower back, piriformi...s to being able to improving my workouts, lifting heavier and participating in a variety of fitness activities without being concerned about getting injured or having to recover from tightness for multiple days! She is an excellent coach who is super knowledgeable. She gives great tips and exercises to do on your own in between sessions which are really helpful at focusing on your problem areas. She's a great listener, goes at your pace, has a healing/positive touch/energy about her. She has been life changing for me and I look forward to my weekly session with her! Highly recommend you try a session with Desiree.

After just three visits, I now know where to focus ...my daily efforts to live more comfortably, thanks to the amazing work and coaching of Stretchqueen. The written recommendations I received were spot on! I eagerly count the days until my next session, knowing that my sleep quality will improve and that I’ll learn more moves and positions to implement (or avoid), all patiently explained.
