Horrible first impression. My appointment got rescheduled for two hours later and when I got there I had to wait an extra hour! No apologies at all or... anything. Not welcoming at all. Very poor work ethic. The nails were completely rushed as they ended up with different thicknesses. She was coughing everywhere and on her hands, cough on your arm or something not on the hands you are doing my nails with! Heavy handed. Watching a show while doing nails at the same time. I've never seen that before lol. Overpriced for horrible service. I never write reviews but I just had to warn yall. You go to the nail salon to pamper not to feel uncomfortable. Show more

5 stars for beautiful nails, 2 star for customer service. Mayli has years of experience and I always loved how her work turns out on her other clients.... She did a fantastic job on my nail themselves and they are cute and short just as I wanted. Yet I was disappointed in her for a few reasons. When I asked for grey I was given the impression she didn't have it so I asked for blue. And it wasn't till after my nails were done that she clarified she did have grey. When deciding the color I didn't feel she was honest or patient instead she got frustrated with me and rushed thru the job even though I had reserved a 1hr and 30 min time slot. I want Mayli to know that I appreciate her work and her experience- though to gain a customers trust there needs to be mutual respect and willingness to listen to what the customer asks for. Thank you Mayli I hope to have a better experience with your in the future. I will be back :) Show more

I’m sorry you didn’t experienced a good time. Actually when I started your appointment I was behind that’s the reason why I rushed our time since it was a pretty simple design I could've done it in an hour but because of you being undecided and unspecific about what was the actual color you wanted it took longer and frustrated me. I'm used to clients that trust me and they all leave happy with the results. I hope you find the excellence you are looking for.
