She was very friendly and my daughter also loved her. The bonus part is she washes and blow out the hair it’s all inclusive. Love love LOVE how my hair turned out! I haven’t had braids for about 5 years and was very out of touch with the process. Kierra made everything easy ...for me, picked out the hair and answered my numerous questions. In total it took about 5 hours with breaks which wasn’t bad at all. I got so many compliments on my hair while on vacation. Price was reasonable as I got the hair included in my total. I got Smedium mid-back knotless braids and added the “messy look,” for the curls. Lacefront/full lace

I sent a photo of what I wanted and she said she could absolutely do it. The total paid with tip was $220. $115 for the sew in. $65 to dye the hair li...ke the photo and $40 tip. Yes, she dyed the hair but it was the same color. She said for $65 more she would dye the hair again. I did not think I should have paid $65 again. She said she could absolutely give me what I wanted, she was a cosmetologist. When I complained she turned the whole story around. She said that she that she thought the “after” photo was what I started with and not what I wanted. There is no way, she could see when she got here that wasn’t the case and she definitely knew it was the end result. Why would I pay $65 to dye the hair the exact color it already was? I had some hair products I showed her. I don’t know what to use. She said I insisted that she use my products and they were poor quality compared to what I thought they were. Why would I force her to use my stuff. I am not a cosmetologist. I asked her if she wanted to pick up the hair and dye it the night before. Obviously she would need to bleach the ends. She said no, she’d do it when she was here. Insisted the ends were lighter but acknowledged she should have used bleach. My hair is dark brown. If I wanted her to dye it, she would for $65. It was less the fact that the end result was absolutely not what I paid for, it was all the lies and turning things around to make them my fault. She told me when she got here that brown hair makes people look old. That’s what she gave me. I have been a red head since I was 15. I hate this hair. So, you decide? Did I get what I paid $220 for? I don’t know what to do. I am stuck with long brown hair and a bunch of lies. I am chronically ill and I can’t afford anything but I needed to feel pretty again so I hired her. Sitting for that long was difficult on me but I needed to feel better. Now I am stuck with dark brown hair. I certainly don’t know what to do with it. But the lies. That’s the worse part. I absolutely hate the after result but her lies make it the intended result. Thank you for taking advantage of a sick woman. Photo A is what I paid for. Photo B is what I got. Photos don’t lie.
