I was told to come in at 9, the place is hard to find if you don’t know what you’re looking for. I’m mobility impaired and the place isn’t exactly ADA... Compliant so it wasn’t comfortable for me waiting out in your hallway while you work on someone else after telling me I’d be your first appointment which was an hour before opening. Also you offered to pull me in once you set her up, that room isn’t much bigger than a bathroom stall, I have to o many underlying health conditions to share that small space with someone other than the technician. No shade…I realize you’re doing what you can, but health wise it’s not a great fit for me. Show more
