The stylist Tonie was awesome and is good with hair. She was able to accommodate me at a moments notice and professional. Only thing the price list sh...ould be updated with the total fees and the shop is busy but cool people!

Tonianne is a very welcoming stylist. She is kind and does a great job. She gave me a relaxer and a trim. My hair had to be cut almost completely due ...to me not installing my leave out wig properly. My hair was very uneven so she had to even it out due to the wig combs tearing my hair out. It was cut so short, so she ended up giving me a fingerwave hairstyle. When she initially asked me if I wanted a wave I couldn't understand what she meant. We had a little bit of a language barrier, she has a beautiful very thick Jamaican accent, so I thought she meant she was going to curl my hair. Once she was done the fingerwaves turned out very good! It's not my personal style, however she did an excellent job! The other stylist in the shop are friendly and welcoming as well, so overall I think it's a nice place to get your hair done!

Good morning, I'm soo sorry if u felt that way ,however you booked a totally different service from the one that you were getting,... If I'm styling your hair AFTER washing & blow dry, then more discount would be applied to your services automatically, that is the service you booked,however there is wash and blow dry ONLY service which was the service you got and also the reason for the adjustment in price, I'm very sorry for the miscommunication and will definitely be applying a discount to your next service if you should book again, God bless you and have a wonderful day
