The salon was nice and clean. The stylist was nice and patient. The price on booking doesn't match her true prices. There was a $10.00 difference wh...ich was still a good price. She did a great job with the silk press, but the styling was off. I wanted a little volume it was on the flat side. No biggie i just went home and added it. Show more

I only gave it 2 stars because the lady (not Sonia) that did my hair, did a good job. I booked my appointment, Sonia texted me and confirmed that the... appointment was Friday at 9am, Medium Waist length Knotless braids, she supply hair colors 2 and 30 for $230. I arrive at 9:03am, only 2 cars in the parking lot- me and another lady. I texted Sonia that Im here, she texted back at 913 that she was otw. Finally another braider comes to open the shop/let us in at 935, she then left back out to get her tire fixed. By 1015ish, she started on the other ladies hair. Im texting Sonia to no resolve, i ask the other braider where is sonia, she says Sonia is sick and shes not coming in- I find this out a hour and a half later. Im furious, she asked me to come back later, i told her to get someone else or get sonia on the phone. Fast foward--- I ended up having to go buy my own weave, the other braider didnt start on my hair until 1130, the other lady had to sit in the salon and wait until my hair was done (4pm) due to Sonia not scheduling correctly. Sonia never showed up. And they still tried to charge me full price. I deducted the amount that I had to spend in weave $20 (since my weave was supposed to be included in the price). Sonias customer service is horrible. Their timeliness is horrible. People have things to do other than sit in the hair salon for 2 1/2 hours before getting their hair done!! And i definitely feel sorry for the lady that had to wait until i was done (she was there from 9am- 4pm waiting.. who knows how long it took to get her hair done?!) Honestly I shouldnt have paid the $210, i should have received more of a discount for the inconvenience! Show more

My first experience was GREAT. My second was my daughter for prom owner told me she had to get braiding client out by 12. My appointment was at 11:00.... Third experience was worst NO ONE WAS EVEN THERE. Three strikes your OUT. CONSISTENCY IS KEY TFOH! BY FELICIA!! Show more
