Well it all started when my horse died, and I was stranded in a Wyoming blizzard with three dead bodies. A stagecoach appeared. O.B., the driver, and ...John "The Hangman" Ruth, a bounty hunter, were hesitant to take on another passenger. However, a man with a forged letter from Abraham Lincoln, describing a supposed friendship, could get the attention of a white man. That fake letter often disarmed people. I rode with them, along with Ruth's prisoner, Daisy Domergue, a vile murderer. She spat on the Lincoln letter, so I smashed her face. We picked up Chris Mannix , who claimed to be the new sheriff of Red Rock. I did not trust him. Mannix was a Confederate and a racist, but the storm forced us to stay together. We took refuge at Minnie's Haberdashery. Something was wrong. Minnie and Sweet Dave were not there. Bob, a Mexican, was running the place, which Minnie would never have allowed. Other guests included Oswaldo Mobray, the hangman of Red Rock, Joe Gage, a quiet cowboy, and Sanford Smithers, an old Confederate general. I knew Smithers from the war and knew what to do. At dinner, Mannix revealed the Lincoln letter to be a lie. It angered Ruth, but it had served its purpose. When I told Smithers how he had killed his son—a tale of humiliation and revenge that might have been partially fabricated to provoke him—Smithers became enraged and reached for a gun. I killed him. I got distracted, and then the incident happened. Someone poisoned the coffee. Ruth and O.B. drank it and died violently. Daisy, a member of the Domergue gang, shot Ruth with his gun. The others had to figure out who was with her. I realized Bob's story was a lie. He had killed Minnie and Sweet Dave. After exposing his lie and shooting him, I was shot in my ballsack from the basement. Mannix and I, both wounded, were united against the surviving gang members. We threatened Daisy to get her brother, Jody, out of the basement, and I shot him when he appeared. We systematically took care of the others. Daisy tried to bargain with Mannix, but he saw through her lies. My gun was empty, but Mannix and I knew what would happen. Following Ruth's tradition, they hanged Daisy from the rafters. As we lay bleeding, Mannix read my fake Lincoln letter aloud, saying it was a nice touch. We both smiled. I had my revenge against the hateful Confederates. In the end, we were two dying men, a black Union bounty hunter and a white Confederate sheriff. Some time later I stopped into 517 N Fulton and got a nice line up.
