Do not for any reason book with her. She does not speak English and you cannot communicate with her the entire appointment. I asked for natural lash e...xtensions and left with huge lashes that looked awful. Her setup is sketchy and she has zero proof of any certification or expertise in her “studio”. I went to get them removed the same night at a professional lash studio and they said it was one of the worst jobs they had ever seen. Random lash sizes thrown on in clusters thick resin like glue and application directly on the water line causing my eyes to have an irritation. Her location is also a trap house vibe and is quite scary to say the least do not book unless you want an expensive terrible service. I also have provided proof of removal and have heard nothing back not sure why I would want to keep these caterpillars on my eyes anyways.

We appreciate your feedback, as it helps our studio grow. However, the fact that we don't speak English shouldn't hinder communication, given the technology and translation tools available today; we don't understand why you didn't voice your concerns, especially since you knew before the service began that we didn't speak English. Furthermore, if you felt the facilities were inadequate, it would have been better not to proceed with the service—you were free to leave before even closing your eyes to start. You requested a refund because another salon told you the work was poorly done, yet the photo shows clean, quality work; we asked you for proof that the lashes had been removed, but we received no such evidence.
