My overall experience was just okay — not bad, but not particularly great either. For the amount of money I spent, I expected more. After my eyelash t...int, I still had noticeable color left under my eye. I also received hybrid extensions today, but they look closer to classic. Both Gina and Jada were pleasant and professional, but since only one person was working, both of my appointments were interrupted by walk-in questions. While that’s not a deal breaker, it did make me feel a bit uneasy having my eyes closed for nearly two hours with so many interruptions. After sitting with these lashes and looking at them throughout the day, I’m even more disappointed. There is still tint color under my eye and on my natural lashes, and the lash style is not what I requested. I specifically provided my preferred lash lengths, and Gina told me it would create a cat-eye look, but that’s not the result I received. At this point, it seems the experience level for these services may not be where it needs to be. While I would love to return and support a business run by a woman of color, I’m too dissatisfied with the outcome to do so. *Replying to the owner* Lying is absolutely unnecessary on my end. During our phone consultation, I did mentioned that I wanted a natural look that still had fullness, and you suggested a hybrid set. Natural sure, fullness absolutely not. My first appointment was on Tuesday afternoon wirh Jada and my 2nd appointment was Thursday morning with Gina I have no desire to go back and forth, but I will be adding the screenshot where I told you about the leftover pigment on my face. Also if you look at the after photos you can still see the staining on my lower lashes. Right after you handed me the mirror I questioned why one eye had more lashes than the other and you blamed it in how many natural lahes I have and then left the room. I also called to express my concerns and received no answer or call back. I truly wish your business the best, and I hope that moving forward you take customer service and client feedback more seriously.💜

Hello, everyone. Something told me not to take this woman on as a client from our initial contact. I felt something wrong. To all, stylist, always follow your first mind.All money is not good money and I usually live by that.I won't make the mistake again. **“Hi Thank you for leaving a review. Since accuracy matters, I’m going to correct the parts of your comment that simply aren’t true. This was your first appointment with me. You came in accustomed to a full, dark volume set done by another stylist. Yet during your consultation, YOU requested a brown hybrid set — lighter, softer, and naturally not as full as volume. Acting surprised that a brown hybrid isn’t as dense as someone else’s dark volume set is misleading at best. As for your tint: it was done correctly. There was no tint under your eyes, and you looked in the mirror and said you were happy. There were zero complaints until after you left. I’m always open to honest feedback, but when clients rewrite the story after the fact, it’s not helpful — and it’s not honest. My work matched exactly what you requested and approved. I genuinely hope you find a stylist who gives you the same volume look you’re used to — without needing the details changed 😘😘 You're correct, we're not going back.And forth, you asked for a high road set.You don't have a lot of lashes of your own.You should have got a volume set and there was no tint left under your eye underneath your eyes would be brown stained. It's not.💗
