Horrible customer service and professionalism! Over 20 minutes late for appointment with no explanation other than and I quote”had a late Friday night... “ Rushed through my son’s haircut and had horrible edges and line up. When asked him to help correct it, he blamed me for his poor work. Then proceeded to offer me a 15% discount on his next cut if I agreed that I rushed him as an artist, mind you I set the appointment online for his allotted time. Instead of offering to help correct it. I take my losses in this one and gladly go somewhere else. Show more

It is never acceptable to rush a professional, especially when it comes to a haircut. Running late or not. All of my clients were satisfied with their haircuts, but the newest clients of the day were not. You do not rush a doctor or a dentist, so why rush a barber with clippers? I hope you find a suitable barber soon.
