Sister Carine is very nice and wants you to feel very comfortable while she styles your hair. She is also very quick which is a plus, and flexible to ...see me before my scheduled time. I will be back for different styles.

I had a terrible experience with this provider and absolutely do not recommend her services. I booked a 2-hour and 15-minute service listed at $115. T...he entire appointment turned into a 6-hour ordeal at her home because she did not even start on me until hours after my scheduled appointment time. The environment was highly unprofessional and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. At one point, she actually stopped working on my hair altogether just to go cook for about 10 to 15 minutes while I sat there waiting.
To make matters worse, her business practices are entirely crooked. Once she finally started, she tried to pressure me into canceling my reservation on the Booksy app so she could bypass the platform's commission fees because according to her, “Booksy always takes fees.” I agreed to, but when I couldn't cancel it on my end, she initiated a refund of my deposit on her phone right in front of me so that I would pay her directly in full via cash/apps. However, she later went back AFTER THE APPOINTMENT and reversed that deposit refund, meaning she kept my deposit and my direct payment, effectively charging me twice. When I told her that I was not happy with my experience and hated having to stay three times the amount of time the service was supposed to take, she just got angry and took absolutely no accountability. I paid her for exactly what I booked, but she lied in her response saying I didn't pay lol. She’s also claiming I called her child names????? Never. I have everything on video and the next client was also there. I didn’t call anyone (not even her) a name. I simply expressed my frustration with the lack of professionalism and the aggression. She also keeps rewriting her response. I got an email with a new rewrite every few minutes for the last hour. Strange to start making things up. But desperate people will lie about anything, I guess.

Hi this client book on my booksy app for a that take 2h 15min and the price is $115 and she pay 60% on the app. And I called her to confirm her hair style with her color of her extension. So she sent me three different styles, so I gave her the prices. She went with a style for $160 which is knotless braid at the back and cornrose at the front , so I make her to know the time would be different. So she came, but I was on customers hair, and I pleased with her to give me 20min of her time and she accepted, so I wash her hair for free. After I did her hair for 4h 45min and she did not want to pay me my complete money. She asked me to refund the 60% she payed on the app which i did, so she could zelle the complete money; which was $160. She paid $115 and when i asked for the rest of my payment, she call my child the f word and call the police. Before the police could arrive, she ran away. The police suggested next time I should not do a service before getting my money. Please please please my fellow braiders don't accept her, she is most troublesome person I have ever met. I have a very good service and years of experience. I am not the type of person she is talking about. Please feel free to go under my page to see all my reviews. A tif will always remind a tif. Very fast and neat braider. For the size of braids I have in I honestly thought it was going to take longer but it took her about 3ish hours. Even tho...ugh she is fast, the work is still top notch. The parts are even and I don’t have any random hair snags or anything that can be a result of rushed work. She is kind and welcoming. I will be back again when I need my braids done for the next event.
