Cameron made my hair look beautiful. It went from dull ends, dull look to full and vibrant. The only thing I question is the pricing as I paid $22.50 ...on booksy to reserve my time 15 up front and the tip. When she was done she said it would be a total of $30. On the app it was $30 for a cut and style. I'm not sure if I was overcharged or what or if I'm missing some type of fee that I should have been aware of. I didn't say anything because other client's were there. Maybe some clarification would be nice. Other than that I give her a 5 star because she did go above and beyond and made my time the best. I will return at some point when i need to and I do recommend her just make sure you're being charged correctly and ask questions if you feel like you're being overcharged. This was my first time meeting Cameron and it was a great experience! She did a wonderful job on my hair cut with very little direction since I didn’t... have anything in mind beyond getting rid of the split ends. She trimmed and cleaned up my layers so now I have a bit more volume to work with and it brought out more of my natural wave. Cameron also waxed my brows while conditioner was soaking into my hair. My brows look better than they have in years - they grow kind of wonky so this is big! We chatted casually throughout my appointment and Cameron is down to earth, funny, and sweet - it made the time fly! A Shade of Vintage is in an old building downtown, between Stitches and Napoli’s, that hasn’t been renovated. However, the space has been made interesting, eclectic, charming, and comfortable. It is also part children’s boutique and they have adorable merchandise. When I’m ready for my next haircut and/or brow wax, I will definitely rebook with Cameron! Show more
