I first admired Natell's work on one of his customer's i bumped into at a service station about ³ months ago and i inquired with her who cut her hair, she told me who and where to go and now the rest is history!! I thoroughly enjoy Natell he takes ...his time with me, never makes me feel like he is rushing to get done. I TRUST Natell to cut my hair just like I want, he LISTENS and I haven't been disappointed. Natell is so easy going, when he let's the chair back to line me up with the straight egde razor I almost fall asleep while he's linng me up. Natell is a MASTER in his art of barbering. So go and check him out you won't be disappointed. The atmosphere at One Stop Barber Shop is A+ ! When you walk in everyone within eye contact greets you with a smile or hello. I have worked in customer service in one capacity or another for 30+ years and a smile or warm greeting is key when dealing with the public and especially when im spending my money or I feel when you are spending yours as well. Wayne Allen is the BEST BARBER IN the WORLD! I’ve been going to Wayne for over 3 years now. I have followed him from every shop he’s been to. I deployed to Afghanistan and Wayne was right there waiting on me when I returned!! Wayne is very polite, al...ways takes him time. He has the upmost respect for respect for all of the customers, whether they’re his customers or not. He always greets everyone that arrives into the barbershop. He ensures that you have the best haircut possible and respects his customers decision while giving very reasonable advice for haircuts. Wayne is also very flexible and honest with his time. He will let you know respectfully if it’s a busy day and let you know how long the wait will be. I have never once witnessed Wayne miss a haircut or leave a customer hanging. I would go to any barber in One Stop based off of the professional environment. I am very pleased with my service every time and I will continue to be a loyal customer. Disappointed I was so excited to get a haircut by Allen, I noticed he can do a good fade. However, when it came down to the appointment, he never saw me. It was 12:30 and he had someone already. He told me its going to be alittle while, so I waited. ...30 mins goes by and he still cutting the dudes hair. After telling me to wait over an hour, I walk back in and he started on ANOTHER dude hair. Theres no point to book an appointment, just walk in.
