Isaiah and his wife Samantha are the owners of this beautiful shop. If you have not been you are missing out on a great experience! They are one the h...ardest working barber shops in the SA! Your response to me via text as the owner emphasizes personal commitments but may come across as dismissive to the customer's frustration. Consider ex...pressing understanding, apologizing for any inconvenience caused, and perhaps offering a solution or alternative. It's important to maintain a professional and customer-oriented tone. You should take a class in business etiquette but your reasoning was unexcusable if you have yourself available and I accept that time frame I anticipate you to be there not cancel it immediately after that's irresponsible and you could have just been unavailable on the app to avoid any of this but instead of holding accountability on your own you chose to blame me and the system for the notification isssue. Thank you but I will not be returning to the shop anytime soon and anybody I plan on referring forget about it you lost customers for your approach and response as a business owner! And not to mention you only cut subpar you're not even that great I was actually being nice! Show more

You booked an appointment at 830am for 11am the same day. At 8:44am I canceled it thru the app. Which sends you a push notification, text & email to let you know. I’m not responsible for your notifications being silenced or turned off. I never have this issue.
