I went in for my 17 yr old daughter to have her hair trimmed. I gave specific instructions to pick her hair out before cutting to ensure it is even. M...y daughter advised that her hair wasn’t picked out and that it was trimmed for two seconds with scissors instead of a razor. When we got home and picked her hair out, it was completely uneven. I asked for a taper in the back and it was not. I was given a discount online for making the appointment for a specific time and she did not get in the seat until 20 minutes after her appointment and the discount was not applied! She will not be going back!!! What a waste of $42!!! Show more

This was the first time my husband had a hot towel massage and had his goatee trimmed by a master barber. Roy did an amazing job. I was able to see ho...w my husband thoroughly enjoyed the hot towel. I can honestly give Roy a 5 star for his expertise, mannerism, professional and his shop is female friendly. In other words, his vocabulary and the vocabulary of the other barbers are very professional. Show more
