I always spent too much money for my installs and way too much money on maintenance for hair tha...t didn’t last the quality wasn’t great, and would shed way too much! Let me tell you, I got my hair done with Lynn & I LOVE IT No shedding, top quality, install is PERFECT! maintenance is literally nothing compared to other stylist and the overall experience with her from getting info to booking to after care was smooth! If you have never had extensions, do your homework (don't go based on ratings). For the color consult, I met with the receptionist. Pricey, but I woul...dn't mind if i was getting good quality. When I would go in for handtied maintenance, I would end up having to go in the next day because the weft would be sticking out on the sides. When I would reach out about questions pertaining to the extensions I would not get a reply until days later. Unprofessional, overly priced and the customer service is below par! Be ⚠️ warned ask questions. Show more

2nd Appt she canceled day of then forgot to put me back on my calendar. 2 weeks after my second Appt was canceled I tried to reach out to reschedule ...because beads were falling out. She finally got back to me 4 days later and my $75 move up became a $500 install. She offered a $250 “discount” since my hair had to be reinstalled. Not ok I will take my business somewhere else.
