Highly disappointed due to lack of communication. This was my first time booking and was really excited about my appointment only to be disappointed. I reached out to the stylist early morning to confirm my evening appointment which she confirm only ...to later receive a text 1hr before my appointment with her asking to change the style I booked to something faster. Stylist mentioned she had a death in her family and was emotional which I understood 100%. I suggested we could change the length instead if that would shorten the time. I received no reply. I arrived to my 4:15 appointment. Text the stylist and informed her I was outside I received no reply after 5mins so I called. 1st attempt no answer, waited a few moments and called again stylist answered. I informed her I was outside she told me she would come down in a min. I waited up until 4:30 called the stylist again and no answer so I ended up leaving. Stylist called me back at about 4:45 asking if I was outside I informed her I have left and asked for my deposit back which she did refund me. I would have appreciated and/or had a bit more respect for the stylist had she reached out to me 24hrs before my appointment to reschedule due to her circumstance. I would have understood. Or even the morning of when I reached out to confirm my appointment and she confirmed it. Instead of having me waste my gas and time to drive to her place only to be left without service. This is exactly why some people don’t support black business. If I could give “0” stars I would. I just ask for better communication moving forward with your other clients. Thanks stay bless.

I do apologize. I was having a emotional breakdown. In the bathroom because my kids father had passed away I did let you know that he passed. I’m not asking you to understand. Because most people wouldn’t . But I’m so emotional! I just needed a minute to get all my crying out before I was able to come down. It’s unfortunate that I had that when you came. Sometimes they are unexpected. So I apologize.
