I had a great experience here! I booked the Lymphatic Drainage with T-Shape 2 for my face and neck to help with under-eye puffiness, and I noticed a d...ifference right away. My face looked less puffy and more refreshed. Mona took the time to explain what the treatment does (and doesn’t do), which I really appreciated. It’s not meant to be a miracle fix, but it definitely works when done properly. Overall, I felt comfortable, well taken care of, and happy with my results. I would definitely recommend!

Mona did a dpn removal for me. She was super thorough, hygienic (changed gloves multiple times), made me feel calm as I was a little sensitive, and we... had a fun time other than the zaps buzzing on my face. I was super comfortable with her. Felt like I was hanging out with a friend.

I prepaid for services for $150 with Mona 1 month before the actual service. I got sick and had to cancel. I didn’t cancel before my appointment becau...se I thought I was feeling better the night before but my symptoms didn’t get better when I woke up. I explained this to her and she didn’t respond until hours later. I texted her to give me a refund and she charged me $50 because I didn’t cancel 24 hours in advance due to policy. I only got $100 of the $150 that I prepaid, trusting she would render services. She had no sympathy at all and just kept quoting her policies like a broken record. Thanks to Mona I’m NEVER prepaying for services in advance no matter how much of a discount. I’m never coming back and I don’t recommend her for the way she treated me as a customer. My reply to her response that makes no sense: There is no cap as to when anybody can make a complaint so own up to it and stop making nonsense excuses and making yourself sound professional. I didn’t even read your entire response because it doesn’t make any sense. People should not trust you.

I wish you the best in finding another provider for your services. Though we understand your concerns. However, Repeated rescheduling due to personal work or any other circumstances is understandable things happens. We were quite accomodating and not following our policies is not something that we accept. Sometimes people who are sick and no shows were given the opportunity because for being honest and following our rules. After completing your pre-screening, we scheduled your initial appointment & shared our business policies & rules via text message. As discussed, you were first scheduled to come into the office, but you canceled due to your personal or work travel. Acknowledged. U later informed us on Jan14, 2025, that U had returned to Dallas and wished to proceed the following week. We then rescheduled your appointment for Jan 21 at 8:00 AM. On January 20, 2026, you notified us of a scheduling conflict, and we accommodated your request by moving your appointment to Jan 27 at 8:30 AM, which U confirmed. Due to a thunderstorm, we again rescheduled to January 31.

She was very very th...orough and provided clarity with every step she took. The procedure was exactly what she had described, and I was made to feel at ease throughout the whole process. Second time coming here and it’s been great both times! I got the lymphatic facial massage because I was very bloated in the face and had a lot of wat...er retention, she helped massage it right out! I’d definitely recommend this service! I’ll be back

I had two chemical peel and microneedling treatments with Mona, and overall my experience was very positive. She explained the process before starting.... She made sure that I was comfortable and listened to my concerns. She provided detailed before and after care instructions. She is also very easy to get a hold of if I had questions. Recovery required some patience but my skin felt smoother and more refreshed afterwards.
