Since the very first time I went to elite cuts I knew I had found a quality place to get my hair cut. Jen pays close attention to the type of hair c...ut she is giving. She got it perfect the very first time. She does quality work and gives me recommendations on what type of cut is best for me. She will not disappoint you.
