I had a very upsetting experience at this salon and will never return. During my visit, an employee named Kenny behaved in an extremely unprofessiona...l and inappropriate manner. He spoke about me in Taishanese, apparently assuming that I would not understand the language. However, I am fluent in Taishanese and clearly understood what he was saying. Kenny made comments about my appearance, including looking down my shirt and remarking that I was not wearing a bra. He then continued making other inappropriate and offensive comments that I would rather not repeat. His behavior was disrespectful, invasive, and completely unacceptable in a professional setting. What disappointed me even more was how the owner Emily handled the situation. When I brought my concerns to her attention, she dismissed them as a misunderstanding and chose to believe her employee’s explanation rather than take my complaint seriously. It was not a misunderstanding, I know exactly what I heard and understood every word that was said. I am deeply disappointed by both Kenny’s conduct and the lack of accountability from management. No customer should have to endure this kind of treatment. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this salon.
