Honestly Bella is very kind and was great with my daughter. We did several weeks of lessons with her. The only frustrating part is she kept cancelling... and we had to keep rescheduling or skipping time all together. Last week her reason for cancelling was she forgot she had school but she didn’t say anything until the morning of. It was inconvenient and also led to my child being disappointed not being able to attend. I did voice my concern with this and simply got ignored. This week it says my booking is confirmed but she didn’t reach out so I just assumed we are no longer doing lessons since she normally asks the day before. It is just unfortunate that she was not better at sticking to her schedule and I always had to figure out a new time to book. We missed out on completing swimming lessons for the summer and can’t find anyone else.
