I doubt that my dog received a wash and that’s what I paid for. Only sprayed cologne. A haircut yes only because it was obvious. What a disappointment... when we customers pay for a service that we “think” it’s being delivered but unfortunately, it’s not. In my humble opinion a free service next time is not necessary since I will not be taking my dog back. The trust is no longer there, I’m grateful for the offer though. The right thing to do is return the money that I paid since the service was not met. I have now spend more money in taking my dog to get serviced. PLEASE BE HONEST WITH PEOPLE AND GIVE THEM THE SERVICE THAT THEY PAY FOR, KRAMA DOES EXIST AND YOU WOULD NOT LIKE IT WHEN ITS DONE TO YOU.

Scheduled an appointment,they cancelled on me the same day.Then set another appointment on a day they chose and still cancelled again the same day.No ...follow up message or any communication.That in my opinion is bad business practices.

Fraud! Super uneven cut, no bath, no glands done, no nails trimmed and when confronted stated he had done all the work above! On top of that they were... drenched in human perfume! I had to bathe them and fix their cut and trim their nails myself and they still look horrible!
